Cambridge O Level / IGCSE Islamiyat Instructor
Sir Usman Shah (SUS)
My name is Usman Shah, and I am a PhD Scholar in Islamic Studies, a Silver Medallist in my MS/MPhil in Islamic Studies, and a Hafiz-ul-Quran. This combination of academic excellence and religious scholarship forms the foundation of my teaching philosophy and enables me to deliver Islamiyat with both authenticity and clarity.
With over five years of teaching experience, I have developed a structured and student-focused approach that balances conceptual understanding with examination preparation. My aim is not only to help students achieve excellent grades but also to inspire a genuine appreciation for Islamic knowledge and values.
I believe that Islamiyat should be studied with understanding rather than memorization alone. Through interactive lessons, detailed explanations, and extensive past paper practice, I guide students towards developing confidence in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 while strengthening their connection with the subject.
